HOW TO MAKE WALNUT ENERGY BALLS

Hey Everyone!

Are you a walnut fan? Maybe or maybe not!! Walnuts have great benefit as I said in a previous post, but what to do with them? You can be very creative with how to add them to your diet. I make energy balls from time to time, and I thought to use walnuts to make walnut energy balls.

What are Energy Balls?

Energy Balls are treats that you do not have to bake, and they can be made with good ingredients. They can be eaten during breakfast time or for snacking. You can make different energy balls with various ingredients including oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, raisins, honey, maple syrup, etc…

I made the walnut energy ball using only a few ingredients:

  • 2 cups walnuts (grind in my blender)
  • 3/4 cup of melted peanut butter
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form into balls. Place on a baking sheet. Place in Freezer. Enjoy!!
