Benefit of WALNUTS

Hey Everyone! It is Tuesday, right? Did you know that adding nuts to your diet can add nutritional benefits. Let’s look at walnuts.

Walnuts? Walnut are the large wrinkled edible seed of a deciduous tree, consisting of two halves contained within a hard shell which is enclosed in a green fruit.
