Maybe you just want something that not too sweet and healthier at the same time. Well, I think these super easy cookies will be just what you are looking for. Taking healthy steps in your diet, does not have to be boring. I believe that you can be very creative and come up with some tasty ideas.

With only 4 ingredients, you can enjoy a delicious cookie! These could easily be even a breakfast cookie. Breakfast cookies are cookies you can eat for breakfast that are made of healthy ingredients and can be eaten of course as a snack. No, these do not have oats in them, but as some oats or even raisins!

Ingredients:

In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix. The dough should start to thicken. You can place in refrigerator for about an hour or less or freeze until you want to make cookies. Next roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and use a fork to flatten in crisscross pattern. Bake at 350 for about 8 minutes. Let stand for about 10 minutes then remove from baking sheet and enjoy!
