SIMPLE & EASY VEGAN BANANA BREAD

Hey Everyone!!

What are you doing with those bananas sitting over there on the counter? You know how it can get with bananas, maybe they are getting soft and you need to go ahead and use them. I have a simple recipe for you.

Make an easy vegan banana bread!

This is a great way to use those bananas, but it is also very tasty. My kids loved it. I always like to make budget friendly foods that I can actually make again and don’t have to spend an excessive amount of money to make this banana bread again. This can be used for breakfast, snack or just a treat!!

3 riped bananas, mashed

2 cups flour

1/2 cup unsweented applesauce

pinch lite salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup sugar

1 Tbsp. plant protein powder

In a bowl add bananas, vanilla, applesauce and mix with whisk. Add rest of ingredients and mix. Pour in prepared loaf pan. I sprayed in a loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes @350 degrees.
