5 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Chip Oat Cookies

Hey Everyone!

Who loves cookies? Most people do, but may not want all of the calories that the traditonal cookies have. You don’t have to eliminate cookies from your diet, just find ways to make them healthier. I love to make simple, quick and easy cookies that my kids love!!

These cookies can be made ahead of time and placed in a jar for easy access during snack time or anytime. If you are low on time, these are great and do not require much. When you have 4 kids who love to eat and snack, it is a MUST to offer simple snacks when possible.

These are Vegan, but you can use honey instead of applesauce. You can also use maple syrup as well. Whatever you choose, you are sure to love these cookies.

No need to get flour, butter, sugar..just grab some other pantry items🔰

🍪Old Fashioned Oats 2 cups

🍪Peanut Butter (melted) 3/4 cup

🍪Applesauce( I usually use honey 🍯, but ran out so applesauce was great substitute) 1/2 cup

🍪Dairy Free Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup

🍪1 scoop plant-based protein powder Mix.Form in ball.Flatten with finger.Bake @ 350 for 8 minutes.
