HEALTHY BAKED OATMEAL

Hey Everyone!

Looking to add something healthy to your breakfast, try a quick and easy oatmeal bake. You can make an oatmeal bake and be as creative as you like. An oatmeal bake is a warm, casserole made from oats, milk and other staples.

Oatmeal is a very popular breakfast food that consists of oats and a liquid, such as water, cow’s milk, or plant-based milk. Full of nutrients and fiber, oats are one of the most nutritious whole-grain foods that a person can consume.

Oatmeal has a lot of benefits and is a good choice, but you can definitely bring some more flavor to those oats.

Details:

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 3/4 cup milk (plant based)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Mix in a bowl. Pour in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Note: Can add chocolate chip or even fruit as well for an even better bake!!
