NO BAKE PROTEIN ENERGY BALLS

Hey Everyone!

Have you ever made energy balls? Energy Balls are a combination of dried fruit, nut butter, seeds, and other ingredient add-ins that offer a densely nutritious snack in a little ball. They taste like dessert, but are actually good for you! I love a good energy ball and they are very easy to make ahead of time.

If you have kids, they would probably love these. Great snack for after school or anytime. All of my kids enjoy energy balls. They offer a great between meal pick me up when you need that extra energy and boost.

What you Need?

  • 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 melted peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop plant protein powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and form into balls and refrigerate.
