3 Ingredient Banana Oat Breakfast Cookies

Hey Everyone!

Are you a cookie lover? Guess what, what if I said that you can have cookies for breakfast? Yes for breakfast! These super easy and super simple cookies only require 3 ingredients. These are ingredients that you probably already have in your house so you can definitely whip them up in no time.

You can also kick these up a notch by adding chocolate chips or even raisins. I keep oats on hand because it is so easy to make some healthy snacks or bars in not time.

WHAT YOUR FAVORITE GO TO SNACK?

  • 2 Bananas
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats

In a bowl, mashed bananas with a fork. Add peanut butter. (I melted my peanut butter). Lastly, add oats and stir. Use a spoon or scoop and place mixture on baking sheet and press down. In a 350 degree oven bake cookies for about 8 minutes.
