HOW TO MAKE FLUFFY VEGAN PANCAKES FROM SCRATCH

Hey Everyone!

Do you like pancakes? Do you eat them only for breakfast? Or can you eat them anytime of the day? Well pancakes are popular among many and for good reason! There are plenty of variety and flavors one can enjoy when making pancakes, but today we will keep it simple.

Whether you like blueberry waffles or blueberry pancakes or pancakes with sprinkles, there is something for everyone. My kids absolutely love to eat pancakes, so it is always a thumbs up for a stack of pancakes.

What Causes Fluffy Pancakes

  • Bubbles that form in batter
  • When battle is allowed to rest
  • Not over mixing

If you didn’t cooking is all about science! I remember being in the nutrition program in college and I took lots of science courses prior to entrance into the program, but eventually understood why. Based on what you are cooking, your product can change if you make one wrong move(lol).

Ingredients:

  1. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir.
  2. In a bowl, add milk, apple cider vinegar and stir.
  3. Pour wet into dry ingredients and whisk.
  4. LET BATTER REST 5 MINUTES!!
  5. Pour batter on non stick or skillet with spray.
