Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Hey Everyone!

Have you ever had overnight oats? If not, you MUST try it. Simple and quick way to use those oats and create a delicious dish straight out of a jar.

What are Overnight Oats?

  • What: These are simply rolled oats, not quick oats, that are soaked in liquid of some kind from 3 hours to up to 5 days if you wish.
  • Milk: You can use any kind of milk you’d like, that’s part of the fun.
  • Oats: The star of the show.

You can create any type of flavor you like including oats and a mixture of fruit. You can also add peanut butter for flavor and additional protein benefit.

If you are tired of a bowl of plain oats in the morning, overnight oats are sure to please your taste buds. Make them night before and pop them in the refrigerator and in the morning you can eat cold or even heat if you like.

Details:

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

In a small mason jar, add all ingredients and shake until well blended.

Keep taking STEPS to where you want to be.
