Peanut Butter & Jelly Oatmeal Bake

Hey Everyone!

Do you like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Most people would say, “yes”. They are like the easiest and probably most popular sandwich to make. They make a great quick snack or even breakfast idea. I thought to take that same peanut butter and jelly add a few extra ingredients and make a healthy breakfast bake.

I grew up eating peanut and jelly sandwiches and my kids love them as well. They are also fans of oatmeal so why not blend the two and offer the best of both worlds.

What I used:

  • Peanut Butter 1/2 cup
  • Plant Based Milk 3/4 cup
  • Old Fashioned Oats 1 cup
  • Grape Jelly (You can use jam or even try fresh fruit) 2 Tbsp.
