CARROT, ORANGE AND PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

Hey Everyone!

I am a big fan of smoothies and I made this smoothie last year with my 2 younger kids and it was a hit! I really love the bright orange color, but the taste is amazing!

Smoothie

smoothie  is a thick blended beverage with shake like consistency, normally pureed in a blender containing fruits and/or vegetables as well as an added liquid such as fruit juice, vegetable juice, milk, or even yogurt.

Smoothies are great way to get extra nutrients in, but in a quick and tasty way. They are also a good way to get kids to get those veggies in especially if they dislike veggies. Sometimes people make eating healthier harder than what it has to be. Just make small reasonable changes weekly and watch what happens.

Recipe:

  • 2 Raw Carrots
  • 1 Cup Canned Pineapples in juice
  • 2 mandarin oranges

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
