Happy Monday!! So I decided to do a quick green smoothie this morning including:
*handful raw spinach
*1 medium apple
*2 stalks celery
I love my NutriBullet for making smoothies!! I had some celery and I decided to whip up a green smoothie with few foods I had at home. Remember that take “steps” doesn’t have to be hard but just make plans each day and/or week how you can add something healthier to your diet or lifestyle🤗.
Celery: good source of vitamins A, B vitamins, fiber, folate and antioxidants..
Apple:Fiber, vitamin C, potassium
Spinach: Vitamin K, vitamin C, folic acid, iron and calcium
Don’t get so hard on yourself that you just don’t even try, keep taking small steps and watch change happens!!
One thing about smoothies, you can be creative and do all veggies, all fruit or both. Most importantly get those healthy nutrients in!!
