Sweet Potato Chunks

Hey Everybody!! Here is another quick idea for a healthy side dish. Sweet potatoes are a great food to add to your diet. This recipe literally takes minutes to prepare. Remember small steps equals BIG change so taking small weekly steps can help you reach your dietary health goals.

Ingredients:

7 small sweet potatoes

Lemon pepper

Ground cinnamon

1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into chunks. Place on baking sheet. Drizzle melted butter over potatoes. Next add cinnamon  and lemon pepper. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Take out and enjoy!!!
