Hey everybody!!! This smoothie recipe is so very easy. I have come to love frozen blueberries in my smoothies. The frozen blueberries really add a nice cool flavor to any smoothie. Blueberries are also very good source of antioxidants. You can also try fresh blueberries of course…I just love the taste of the frozen berries.
You only need 3 ingredients and a NutriBillet or any nice blender!!
***For kids, try this smoothie and pour in popsicle molds and freeze. It is sure to be a hit😉. ***
