Tasty Tuesday Tip (Turkey Bean Soup)

Hey Everyone!! Today this will of course another quick and easy meal idea. I like to come up with easy lunches and soups that take minutes to prepare!! No recipe needed..just need 5 ingredients!! Remember that eating healthy can be simple and budget friendly. If you are a mom in need of quick meals…Try this one out. As mothers we are busy, but there is room to get in the kitchen and cook at least every now and then..lol. let’s get to this recipe:

Ingredients:

1/2 lb ground turkey

1 cup mild salsa

1 cup chicken broth

1cup or more of raw spinach

1 drained can of northern beans

Instructions:

In a medium saucepan add a little olive oil. Maybe 1 tbsp. Next add ground turkey and cook until brown. Add garlic powder, lite salt, pepper and cumin. Next add beans…salsa…and broth and bring to a slight boil for 7-8 minutes. Add raw spinach..simmer for a minute and turn heat and serve!!

Enjoy this tasty soup. No fuss is a must!!!
