Peanut Butter Rice Krispy Treats (Tasty, Tuesday, Tip)

Hey Everybody! Many people grew up eating Rice Krispy Treats and they are good and tasty, but have you every thought about making your own version of those treats that you use to make where you use marshmallows, etc..??? This is a very easy and simple recipe that your kids will love and so will you! If you want something sweet to eat that is easy to make, try these. I also made this using Cheerios(check out YouTube Video). My daughter really liked these when I made them so I believe that are a “winner”. It’s always good when you can make your own version of the snacks that you or your kids enjoy!!! You will only need 3 ingredients and that is it and it is low cost!!!

What I used:

  • Peanut Butter (1cup)
  • Rice Krispy Cereal (2 cup)
  • Honey (1/2 cup)

So I used some honey and peanut. If you want to use almond butter, you can. Whatever kind of nut butter you have on hand will be fine!!!

Rice Krispy Cereal of course!

Stir Stir Stir until it is well blended! I didn’t have much peanut butter so I made a small batch of these!!

Next I lined my pan with parchment paper and spread (use a rubber spatula) mixture on it and put in refrigerator for about 25 minutes!

Cut into small squares and enjoy!!! They are crunchy and good!!!!
