Tasty, Tuesday, Tip (Hippeas)

Hey Everybody! So I decided to do this review for Tasty Tuesday Tip! I found out about this product this past weekend. My husband had two Starbucks gift cards that he had maybe since Christmas time, so he decided to go see what he could do with them. So he saw these Hippeas type puffs. They looked to be pretty good and still healthier than potato chips etc.. It is said to be a vegan product also. Once I tried them, I really liked it! I am not sure if they been around for a long time based on what I saw online, but are available now in a few places. This little snack is very tasty and gives you a good CRUNCH!!!! Would I buy these again? Probably so… These puffs are made from chick peas. Chick Peas are legumes and are high in fiber and protein. Chick peas also has many health benefits.   • 269 calories
  • 45 grams of carbohydrate
  • 15 grams of protein
  • 13 grams of dietary fiber
  • 4 grams of fat

Always remember small steps equals BIG change! Take small steps to better health. It can be just take one day out of week and do more plant-based meals. It is possible and can be done. Plant-based meals are based on nuts, seeds, legumes, fruits & vegetables, whole grains. If you want change, change has to start with YOU. It can be a process but at least make some STEPS.
